Wanted banana muffins and wanted them yummy, quick and easy. This recipe came out perfect! Don't throw out bananas that have over ripened! Make these zippy do da delicious and your family will thank you!

Great with BBQ! My kids love these beans and request them for family bbq get togethers. They go great with tangy potato salad!

Halved the recipe to make two pans 7 rolls in each, 14 total. What I've learned is not to overwork or add more flour than what is required. My dough was very soft and velvety when I rolled it out after the 1st rise. I got the best results! I mixed sugar with the cinnamon and 1/4 stick butter and spread that over the dough before rolling and cutting traditional style. Great recipe to play with :)

Very tasty! Smells like heaven! Didn't have the cheese on hand so I put it together without and sent my buddy to the store for parm. Used an egg wash to ensure shiny tops and sprinkled with parm and parsley before popping into the oven. Basted after it came out with butter seasoned with garlic salt. Nothing bland about this bread. And it tastes as good as (or better) than anything I've had at any restaurant. Worth the time and effort! I made 4 individual "loafs", one was eaten shortly after coming out of the oven :) Delicious and hearty!
